the vps pathway

Our Proprietary System

At VPS Football Academy, we don’t just train players, we build a clear route from grassroots to professional football.
Our proprietary Pro Pathway System ensures players are developed at the right time, in the right way, with age-appropriate goals that unlock their full potential.

The 4 Stages of the VPS Pathway

  • Ages 5–8

    Foundation Stage

Focus: Fun, creativity, and love for the game.

Players build technical basics, confidence, and 1v1 ability.

Sessions are designed to nurture joy and passion first.

  • Ages 9–11

    Development Stage

Focus: Technical mastery, small-sided games, and tactical awareness.

Children continue to play with creativity and freedom while developing football IQ.

Every child follows an individual development plan guided by their coach.

  • Ages 12–15

    Performance Stage

Focus: Higher-intensity training, athletic development, mindset, and game intelligence.

This is where we begin structured testing, benchmarking agility, acceleration, speed, and stamina each term.

Players learn to handle competition, pressure, and tactical demands.

  • Ages 16+

    Elite Pathway

Focus: Preparing for the professional game.

Direct access to scouts, trials, and elite programs across Europe & the UAE.

Ongoing mentorship to support both football and personal growth.

WHAT MAKES OUR PATHWAY DIFFERENT

Our focus is player growth, not headcount. Small groups, maximum ball time, tailored coaching, elite club links, and open communication ensure every child gets the attention, feedback, and opportunities they need to reach their full potential.

    Player limit

We strictly limit our group sizes to 12-15 players maximum
    (vs. 25+ at typical academies)

  • 70%

    more attention

Our UEFA-licensed coaches give 70% more individual attention per player

  • 1 to 1

    personal development

Every child gets real-time feedback and personalized skill development

  • 100%

    commitment to parents

Parents can observe their child's first session to see the difference firsthand
